Your certificate of disability gives you free admission to all buildings of the Salzburg Museum. If required, you can have an escort to assist you, free of charge.

 

Blind people and the partially sighted

For blind people and the partially sighted a braille guide is available at the ticket office, with texts on all rooms of the Salzburg Museum; magnifying glasses are also lent out for the duration of your museum visit.

Blind- and partner dogs may be taken into the museum.

 

People in wheelchairs

All Salzburg Museum facilities in the Neue Residenz are accessible and barrier-free for visitors in wheelchairs. A public lift with sufficient entrance width accesses all floors.

Parking places for the disabled with §29b certificate are available on Mozartplatz and in front of the Panorama Museum on Residenzplatz 9.

Toilet facilities for the disabled can be found on level 0, accessible by lift, also in the Salzburg Museum’s Café MozARTs, accessible and barrier-free via the ramp in the inner courtyard.

 

Guided tours
