This interactive exhibition explores these and many other questions on archaeology and the life of the Celts. It has everything, from excavations to chariot-racing! Curious explorers wanted. The exhibition uses a playful approach to explain the methods and discoveries on the Dürrnberg – and answers questions for visitors of all ages!

What needs to be done? Finds from the excavation site can be uncovered and sketched. But that’s when the real work begins: sorting and restoring artefacts is just as much a part of the job as researching comparisons in books and writing texts. Discover the world of the Celts with their houses, animals, and power struggles. Test your skills at weaving or in a race, and listen to stories about the Celts.
