Loan transactions

Salzburg Museum loans its items to museums and cultural institutions that have a suitable specialist exhibition infrastructure and expert personnel available. Salzburg Museum is happy to support temporary projects and special exhibitions for a limited period and will loan exhibits to recognised (non-commercial) research institutions for academic and scientific purposes (separate agreement).

Due to preparations for our new museum projects, loan requests for exhibitions between 1 July 2025 and 30 April 2027 cannot be accepted.
