Guided tour of the carillon tower at the Neue Residenz
In addition to viewing the technical marvel of the carillon, in good weather visitors are rewarded with a climb up the tower offering a unique panoramic view of the city of Salzburg (depending on weather conditions, with or without a visit to the platform).
Individual guided tours of the carillon tower are available in German and English all year round on request.

Guided tour of the Fortress Museum
During a visit to the fortress high above the city, we will guide you through the rooms of the Fortress Museum. Using selected objects, we illustrate various aspects of the Middle Ages and tell stories about people and events from Salzburg’s art and cultural history.
